This interface allows you to compose and fax your cover page and attached documents to individuals or any number of Phone Books from your Windows applications.
By using DirectFax, the user can fax from Windows and take advantage of many DirectFax features:
- Choose a preferred cover page from their cover page directory
- Select the appropriate service level needed for each fax job
- Attach multiple documents from multiple applications
- Send faxes to an individual by entering the contact information, or to all individuals in the selected Phone Book
- Broadcast to multiple recipients from existing Phone Books
